Our client is a leading organization, actively advancing in various specialized fields within their dynamic industry. They are dedicated to excellence, and their rapid growth reflects their success. They are looking for an Epic ClinDoc Analyst who will be responsible for collaborating with clinical and IT staff to ensure the system meets the needs of our client while aligning with best practices and regulatory requirements. This is an onsite position based in Westchester County, NY.


Epic ClinDoc Analyst’s Responsibilities and Duties


  • Customize and configure the Epic ClinDoc module to align with clinical needs and standards.
  • Develop, test, and implement clinical documentation templates, order sets, and other tools within the Epic system.
  • Collaborate with the IT team and other Epic analysts to ensure seamless integration with other modules (e.g., Orders, Ambulatory, Inpatient).
  • Provide training to clinical staff on the use of the ClinDoc module, ensuring they are proficient and comfortable with the system.

Epic ClinDoc Analyst’s Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Epic ClinDoc certification is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with the Epic ClinDoc module in a hospital setting.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and documentation processes.
  • Experience in project management and system implementation is a plus.
