Make a Difference 
As a Senior Epic Analyst, you will play an instrumental role in the implementation, maintenance, optimization and utilization of our Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and integrated applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business operations to analyze business requirements, configure, and maintain the EHR to align with organizational needs, and provide ongoing system support to caregivers and patients. This role helps our business create clinical and business solutions to address challenges, goals, and strategic objectives through technology. Support extends across our Community of Caregivers and colleagues to serve as a bridge between technology and our business. The Senior Epic Application Analyst succeeds through collaboration with functional experts in operations and the IT department to meet the organization's needs. 
Senior Epic Application Analysts can expect to play a role in mentoring/coaching colleagues in IT/Epic practices and principles both within their function, our culture and IT initiatives. This role may also be involved with completing special project work as assigned following project management methodologies, as necessary.


Exceptional Skills and Qualifications 
The Senior Epic Analyst has an expert understanding of Epic Ambulatory module and applies this knowledge to effectively support the Network’s EHR requirements. Some additional key areas of expertise and experience may include interface communication, database management and reporting capabilities. 



  • High school diploma or GED required. 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or equivalent is preferred.

  • Four (4) or more years of Epic Analyst experience is required.

  • Certification in Epic Ambulatory module is strongly preferred.

  • Effective problem-solving skills.

  • Strong networking, interpersonal skills, and relationship-building skills.

  • Listen actively respond with empathy, and act with compassion.

  • This position will allow the flexibility to work remotely if you reside outside of the 60-mile radius parameter of 7240 Shadeland Station, Indianapolis, IN 46256. Community caregivers performing work remotely are permitted to live in the following states\: Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Florida, and Texas. Caregivers are not allowed to perform work remotely outside of the above states. Applicants from other states may apply; however, if hired, they will be required to relocate to one of the above states within 60 days of their employment date.
