We are seeking an experienced project manager with a strong background in healthcare design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to play a crucial role in planning, executing, and managing healthcare projects that drive positive change in patient care and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading large-scale hospital and clinic projects from conception through completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate complex requirements into functional and innovative design solutions.
Responsibilities of the successful candidate include:
• Oversee the planning and implementation of complex healthcare projects.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans including the project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Ensure that the team works collaboratively to create deliverables that meet the expectations of clients and stakeholders.
• Accountability for the overall success of projects.
Ideal candidates will have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
• Expertise working with hospital, clinic, and other medical project types.
• Skills in communicating with clients and stakeholders regarding project objectives.
• Ability to plan and manage project scopes, schedules and budgets.
• Experience managing teams of architects, planners, designers and external consultants.
• Facilitate mentoring and coaching of less experienced team members.
• Ability to negotiate and manage owner and consultant agreements.
• Demonstrates strong judgement and decision making abilities.
• Experience participating in marketing and business development efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minnesota architectural license
