Diagnose and troubleshoot all Epic application end-user problems via telephone, voicemail or email. Basic knowledge of the EHR configuration and workflow and working skill in keyboarding. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with non-technical end-users. Ability to enter and resolve trouble tickets in our automated tracking system. Ability to use the organizational learning software to verify end-user training completion as a required for access request approval. Basic ability to troubleshoot a variety of computing, software, printer problems and workflow issues surrounding the use and function of the EHR.


  • Resolves user problems and needs with the EHR clinical system deployed within the Medical Center.
  • Provides Communication for Management, Internal, and External Customers.
  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots end-user problems with EHR use and hardware issues
  • Coordinates problem resolution with other help desks in the Enterprise.

Position Compensation Range: $21.52 - $33.36 Hourly


Minimum Requirements


Education: High School Degree or Post High School Technical Training (CE, HSTS, etc).


Experience: 0 years relevant experience


Licensure: None required

Job requires sitting for prolonged periods. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly.
