Job Description:
This role will be responsible for leading training initiatives for end users, super users, and trainers within the Revenue Cycle domain. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive education through structured programs and hands-on training to ensure system proficiency and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/experience/licensing:
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Health Science, Health Information Management, or a related field is required. Equivalent professional experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or healthcare IT may also be considered.
• Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on revenue cycle operations, health information management, or related healthcare systems.
• Experience working with Epic applications, particularly in Professional and Hospital Billing, as well as other revenue cycle components, is essential.
• Strong familiarity with healthcare workflows and training in a clinical or administrative setting is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as an Epic Principal Trainer with expertise in training design and implementation.
• Must hold certifications in HIM & Identity, Resolute Professional & Hospital Billing, TED105, and TED300.
