TITLE: Epic ClinDoc Analyst
LOCATION: REMOTE, will require 3 days of travel in December and Go-Live in April

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled Epic ClinDoc Analyst with required expertise in both Epic ClinDoc and Orders build. This role will focus primarily on optimizing Clinical Documentation workflows while also requiring strong Orders build capabilities to support integrated clinical workflows. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of clinical workflows, demonstrate a commitment to supporting end-users, and work to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

ClinDoc and Orders Build: Perform advanced build, configuration, and troubleshooting for the Epic ClinDoc module, with additional responsibilities for Orders build to ensure seamless clinical documentation and ordering processes.

Documentation and Training Support: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and best practices. Support training initiatives by providing guidance on ClinDoc and Orders workflows.

Troubleshooting and Resolution: Act as the primary contact for ClinDoc and Orders-related issues, conducting root cause analyses and implementing timely resolutions to enhance system performance.

Testing: Participate in system testing of new functionalities and go-live support to maintain high performance and functionality of both ClinDoc and Orders modules.
REQUIREMENTS:

Certification: ClinDoc Certification.

Experience: Strong experience in Clinical Documentation build within Epic, with required expertise in Epic Orders build.
