Position Overview

Serves as a team leader in expertise of their assigned Epic Module(s). Responsible for leading the team through projects and optimization efforts. Serves as an Epic expert for the rest of the team and educates them and end-users on the capability of the Epic system, workflow best practices, and resolves all issues that arise from an Epic standpoint.


  • Project management experience, experience leading people and change, and additional Epic experience in other modules/areas. (e.g., CDS, ClinDoc, etc.) is preferred.

Job Description:


Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field


Certification & Licensure


  • Epic Orders Certification is required
  • Epic Order Transmittal Certification Required

Pay Range is $0.00 to $0.00 / hour. California, New Jersey, and Washington Pay Range is $64.84 to $97.26 / hour. Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Virginia Pay Range is $58.36 to $87.54 / hour. Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Utah Pay Range is $51.88 to $77.81 / hour.


The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
