Location: United States
Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Acute (Ancillary – examples: Beacon/Cancer Centers, Radiant/Radiology, Willow, Supply Chain Management)
- Strong PM skills, including portfolio management experience
- Ability to work in the details and with executives
- Epic to Epic merger experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading large teams of individuals and the ability to manage staff effectively
- Change management focus as 3 entities are forging a new foundation and teams are forming rapidly
- Past success with large-scale projects, including software and hardware implementations
- Experience with 3rd party applications, Epic integration/interface, Orion, Contract Management, Vendor Management
- Confidence, presence, comfortability with ambiguity
- Hybrid – up to 50% on-site (Midwest) for key activities – committee meetings, kickoff, testing, workflow validation, and go live
