The ProHealth Care Information Technology Division supports our community-focused healthcare system with 18 primary care facilities, 3 hospitals, home health care, hospice services, long term care and senior residence communities, health and a fitness center. We have attained national recognition for our pioneering approach to business intelligence and population health management. We were the first system to use Epic’s Cogito data warehouse in a production environment which afforded our ACO a method for managing their population’s health. We have successfully attested for Stage 1 of meaningful use for our hospitals and physicians, as well as have attained Stage6 designation on the HIMSS Analytics EMR Adoption Model (EMRAM). We continue to be a leader in providing effective technology in support of our organization’s healthcare strategies.
Hours: Monday - Friday; generally normal business hours with participation in the on call rotation required.

This position is responsible for the analysis, build, testing, implementation and support activities for Willow. Ensures the system furthers the enterprise’s goal of excellent patient care as well as supporting the ProHealth quality initiatives. Epic Analysts work with other Application Coordinators and Business Analysts to maintain an integrated medical record that supports the vision of “One Record. One Patient.” Ensures adherence to the standard system while working with subject matter experts, champions, super users to resolve issues and work toward a common goal. Working closely in a matrix environment with principle trainers and others is crucial for success. The primary support contact for the application and serve as a bridge between end users and the vendor staff.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in a related field required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Will consider commensurate education and experience in lieu of degree.
At least 4 years related technical and EPIC experience required.
Strongly prefer clinical/pharmacy background.
Strongly prefer Epic certification with the ability to keep accreditation up to date for all new releases.
Must be flexible to provide on-call support per team rotation.
