Qualifications:



  1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in healthcare, information systems, or information technology related area; a combination of education and direct work experience may be considered to satisfy the qualification of this position.

  2. Two or more years of experience working with and/or supporting a clinical information system/EHR preferred.

  3. Possess a valid motor vehicle operator or chauffeur's license and active auto insurance.

  4. Experience and understanding of clinical and administrative operations in a multi-discipline organization.

  5. Behavioral health experience a plus.


Essential Job Functions:



  1. Provide user and system support for various clinical systems, including practice management and electronic health record (EHR) systems and related systems integrations.

  2. Contribute to application development designs, including needs assessment, testing, and adoption.

  3. Communicate system changes to users and contribute to the development of user guides and training materials.

  4. Assist with identifying optimized system usability to maximize user experience and efficiency.

  5. Demonstrates knowledge of principles of trauma informed care.

  6. Willingness to support and assist consumers with trauma related issues.
