This candidate will participate in dynamic and challenging projects to change how the company defines, prioritizes, and delivers their products. This role looks like...


The Engineering team is vital to our organization’s mission and growth. This role will provide assistance with a multitude of projects that will enhance the Engineering team’s success, such as:



  • Developing requirements documents, functional specifications, business flow, and mock-ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.  

  • Refining the product backlog based on user/customer findings or team feedback during the development process

  • Working with developers to ensure that user needs are technically feasible and can be built in such a way as to maximize engineering efficiency

  • Assisting with authoring technical guides, release notes, and other product literature

  • Conducting research and developing a good understanding of the customer's needs/pain points, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors.

  • Participating in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and release of products

  • Making oneself accessible to the development team to answer questions, convey product knowledge and deliver direction during product development

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a similar field

  • 1-3 years of experience working in software product management, business analysis, software project or program management

  • Proven experience working cross-functionally in a software development environment

  • Strong ownership, analytical and technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently under tight timelines while maintaining high accuracy and output

  • Strong written and oral communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders from multiple teams at various levels

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies; specifically Scaled Agile and Scrum, including generation of epics, user stories, and technical requirements.

  • Solid understanding of the entirety of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

  • Adept at managing and maintaining relationships between multifunctional team members

  • Experience with leading a development team using an Agile methodology

  • Experience with collaborating with clients and other third-party stakeholders




Additional Details:



  • This is a remote, full-time, salaried position. Our normal hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, working in Eastern or Central time zone.
